Residents/businesses can look up tax information online. The City of Marlette has linked with BS&A Software so residents can have access to their tax records online at any time. This service is free for the homeowner to look up their personal parcel.
This service can also be utilized by Mortgage Companies, Realtors, and CPA offices at a low rate of $2 per parcel. For any of the entities that take advantage of this site, the $2 cost per parcel can be wrote off as a business expense or passed onto the customer.
What is great about this online service is that you can access tax information at any time of the day and/or evening. You can view several years of tax billing information along with Taxable Value, State Equalized Value, and Assessed Value.
Account Registration
The first time you visit the site you will need to log on to the site by setting up a user name and password. You can then log on and look up your parcel. For the homeowner looking up a parcel, the site will send you an email with a link and you can access your information and make copies if needed. Once you are linked through your email, go to the county where you reside, type in your last name, and it will bring up your information. All other inquires can log on and set up an account with BS&A to get the parcel information needed.
