Marlette Farmer's Market Set to Open on Friday, May 15th

We look forward to our 3rd market season, Opening Day is Friday, May 15th! Your safety is our priority, so we are following the Michigan State and CDC guidelines for COVID-19. Since food is an essential business like grocery stores, we can sell vegetables, fruit, dairy, eggs, prepared foods like jams and jellies, baked goods, dog food/treats and we will have a food truck. Now that greenhouses are allowed to be open in Michigan, we will also have flowers and vegetable plants! Personal care items like soaps and lotions are also allowed. For now, those are the only categories we can have...but as the Governor allows other types of businesses to reopen, we will be allowed to have crafts and art as well.

Market days are Fridays, May 15th through October 9th from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Each week we will have at least one food truck, sometimes two!

COMING SOON: We will be accepting SNAP and giving tokens so you can purchase eligible food products at any of our vendors who attend the market.  Senior Project Fresh for Sanilac County will also be honored for fresh produce and fruit.

Please ’like’ our Facebook page Marlette Farmers Market and check-in when you’re at the market! We thank our community and surrounding areas for all the support thus far and can’t wait to move forward.

Questions can be answered by our Market Manager, Lisa Kenny, by emailing marlettefarmersmarket@gmail.com.
